Congratulations! You are getting Married! Chances are you have shared the great news with friends and family. You have popped some champagne and celebrated. Now what? You have to get a ton of work done, in a few months. Church, Venue, Caterer, decorator and Florist. So, let us make at least one of these easy for you. We have compiled a list of every single flower you may need for your wedding day. You can print this out, and take it to your meeting with your florist. Doing so will help focus your discussions and, most importantly, help you stay within budget.

Think of this wedding flower checklist as a guide to all of the various floral elements you might need for your big day. Keep in mind, though, that this list is only a guide. You can choose to include or skip any of the elements, depending on your budget and wedding style. If you’re keeping it is simple, for example, you may only need bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Also, many reception venues have their own decorator and you may not need additional floral arrangements.

Print out this checklist and bring it to your consultation meeting with your florist.
